Customers can download all credit card invoices directly from their FR Portal account.
To access invoices:
Log in to the FR Portal.
Navigate to the Billing section (via the top-right drop-down menu → FR Cloud Billing).
In the Billing section, you will find all available invoices ready for download.
Please note:
Online invoice downloads are available only for online subscription purchases and Cloud customers.
Manual orders (invoices issued directly by our Accounts Receivable department) are not available online.
