Managing seats for your on-premise FusionReactor license.

This article describes the process of changing the number of seats on your FusionReactor license

FusionReactor On-Premise Licenses

If you would like to purchase or modify seats for your FusionReactor On-Premise license, you have the following options:

Option 1: Purchase a New On-Premise Subscription (Ultimate or Developer)

  1. Log in to the FR Portal.

  2. You will be directed to the License page upon login, where you can view your existing on-premise licenses.

  3. Navigate to the Purchase tab (top-left corner), located directly to the right of the Licenses tab.

  4. Select your preferred billing option (Monthly or Annual).

    • Annual subscriptions include a 20% savings compared to monthly billing.

  5. Choose the number of seats required and select the desired edition (Ultimate or Developer).

  6. Confirm your purchase.

Option 2: Modify an Existing Subscription (Credit Card Customers Only)

If you are already paying by credit card, you can adjust the number of seats on your existing subscription:

  1. Log in to the FR Portal.

  2. Navigate to your Subscription Licenses page.

  3. Click Manage Subscription.

  4. Adjust your seat count as needed and confirm the changes.

Option 3: Unable to Modify Your License?

If you are unable to adjust your seats online, this may mean that:

  • Your subscription is not linked to a credit card in our billing system, or

  • Your license is not eligible for self-service changes.

Identifying an On-Premise License

An on-premise license key consists of 25 alphanumeric characters in the following format:

XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
