FusionReactor SaaS (Cloud) licenses:
FusionReactor SaaS offers greater flexibility as the license can be changed easily and also works "on-demand". To change your reserved seat count please login to your FusionReactor account
Once logged in, click the drop-down menu in the top-right corner and select FR Cloud Billing. You will be automatically redirected to the Billing section of your account.
From there, you can:
Modify your plan (e.g., update the number of reservations) by clicking the Modify Plan button.
Cancel your Cloud account, if needed.
Update your credit card information by selecting Billing Details → Change Details on the right-hand side of the page.
NOTE :
If you see the following message - "This account is manually billed" - please contact sales@fusion-reactor.com if you wish to change your plan.
On-Demand:
If you use more monitoring than you have reserved then the additional time used will be charged on-demand at the current hourly rate. You can find more information on Cloud Billing here.
Applicable for all accounts: Important to remember when changing your reservation count:
Seat increases take effect immediately and will be prorated.
Seat decreases take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
