You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time through your FR Portal account.
Log in to the FR Portal.
Navigate to the Billing page:
Cloud customers: Top-right drop-down → FR Cloud Billing
On-Premise (Ultimate or Developer): You will be directed to the Billing page upon login
In the middle of the page, use the Monthly / Annual toggle button to select your preferred billing option.
Confirm your changes.
Important (Applicable to All Accounts)
When modifying your subscription:
Subscription upgrades take effect immediately and will be prorated.
Subscription downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
