Cancelling your FusionReactor subscription

How to cancel your subscription or maintenance from renewing

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your FR Portal account.

For Cloud subscriptions:

  1. Log in to the FR Portal.

  2. Click the drop-down menu in the top-right corner and select FR Cloud Billing.

  3. In the Billing section, click Cancel Subscription.

  4. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

For On-Premise subscriptions (Ultimate or Developer):

  1. Log in to the FR Portal.

  2. You will be directed straight to the Billing page upon login.

  3. Click Cancel Subscription in the Billing section.

  4. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
