Type your email address which you used to place the order and you will be sent the login information via email.
Go to the login page: https://account.mycommerce.com/
Click “Request Login/Password”
If you have multiple accounts registered for that email, MyCommerce will give you the option to either receive details of the last order or all of the orders relating to accounts associated with that email address.
