Within FusionReactor, each transaction list will default to 100 transactions.

It is possible to increase this limit on each list within the settings of Requests, Transactions and JDBC Requests respectively.

Note that by doing this you can significantly increase the memory footprint of FusionReactor, so you may need to increase/tune your memory heap to do so.
